We believe and teach the following:

1. The Trinity: God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19).

2. Jesus Christ is the True God and the True Man.

3. The Holy Spirit is a Divine Person.

4. Perfecting the Saints in the Five Fold Ministry (Ephesians 4:12).

5. We believe in casting out demons.

6. Laying on of hands for the sick.

7. The Old and New Testaments are God's divinely inspired words (II Timothy 3:16).

8. All have sinned and come short of the glory of God and are in need of Salvation (Romans 3:23).

9. Salvation has been provided in the redemptive work of Christ and is available to every Believer.

10. It is the will of God that every Believer is filled with the Holy Spirit and the evidence of speaking in tongues.

11. Healing is provided in the redemptive work of Christ and is available to every Believer.

12. We believe in the personal, invisible, imminent return of Jesus Christ.

13. There shall be a bodily Resurrection of the Just and the Upright.

14. The church consists of all those who have received Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.

15 Water Baptism and the Observance of the Lord's Supper.

16. We believe in the power of agreement through faith and prayer.

17. Salvation is based on Romans 10:9, "That is thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thine heart that God has raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

18. Based Psalms 34:19 NOIM advocates for persons with mental and emotional disorders as a support to assist them into leading a stable and productive life.

19. We believe that marriage is described as sacred and that marriage is defined as an union between a man and a woman (Genesis 2:24).

20. We believe the marriage ceremony must be described as a religious ceremony.

21. Marriage ceremonies at the church (New Testament Outreach International Ministries) are limited only to those that align with the church's (New Testament Outreach International Ministries) doctrinal view/by laws.

22. This church (New Testament Outreach International Ministries) is prohibited from engaging in activities that violate our doctrines/by laws.

23. This church (New Testament Outreach International Ministries) is also prohibited from promoting, condoning, or permitting activities to take place in our facilities that violate our written doctrines/by laws.
